With experience shaping some of the world’s most iconic brands, Creative Strategist and Creative Director co‑founders Kiersten Barbara and Quinn McCormick left in‑house roles to launch a new era of brand‑building. From their headquarters at 161 Water Street in New York City, they lead a team of strategists and designers rooted in bold storytelling, innovative design, and immersive world‑building, creating the most culturally resonant consumer brands of tomorrow.

Co-Founder and Creative Director, Quinn McCormick, brings years of experience leading creative direction and design for some of the industry’s most recognized brands. Before co-founding RHEA Creative, she worked in-house for leading fashion companies, shaping brand identity and producing performance-driven creative across campaigns and platforms. With expertise in graphic design and art direction, Quinn is known for bringing bold concepts to life with a sharp eye for detail and a focus on cultural relevance. Her work has helped define and elevate campaigns for top brands in the industry, establishing her as a creative leader who seamlessly blends strategy and artistry to deliver impactful, culture-defining brands.

Co-Founder and Creative Strategist, Kiersten brings over 7+ years of experience shaping brand and creative strategy through the lens of consumer behavior. She began her career developing go-to-market playbooks for some of CPG’s most ambitious startups before joining the New York leadership team of one of DTC’s fastest-growing consumer brands, where she helped scale revenue from $2M to $20M+. Known for blending sharp positioning with emotionally resonant storytelling, Kiersten has become a standout voice in the industry—overseeing every facet of creative strategy to ensure brands cut through the noise and connect with their audiences in meaningful, lasting ways.
